ACC corporate membership provides businesses with the opportunity to align themselves with medical, radiation, gynecologic and neurological oncology practices throughout Alabama. Advertisers are able to reach the oncologists and practice decision makers via advertising in society newsletters, websites, and at business, educational and legislative conferences.

2017 NON-CORPORATE MEMBERS EXHIBIT BOOTH FEES

Spring Exhibit Booth – $2000 (Includes 1 rep if you pay to display)
Fall Exhibit Booth – $1200 (Includes 1 rep if you pay to display)
Additional Tables – $250 plus extra rep fees ($300 – extra rep fees, per rep)

  • Your organization will be acknowledged as an exhibitor on the event slideshows between Jan 1, 2017 & Dec 30, 2017 (if you exhibit).
  • Your representatives will be included on the association list serv upon request.

2017 DIAMOND CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP – $10,000

Spring Exhibit Booth – $FREE (includes 5 reps whether you display or not)
Fall Exhibit Booth – $FREE (includes 5 reps whether you display or not)
Additional Tables – $250 plus extra rep fees ($175 – extra rep fees, per rep)

  • Your organization will be acknowledged as an exhibitor on the event slideshows between Jan 1, 2017 & Dec 30, 2017 (if you exhibit).
  • Your representatives will be included on the association list serv upon request.
  • Your organization will be recognized as member on the association website.
  • Your high-resolution logo posted on the association website.
  • Your organization will be acknowledged as a corporate member on event slideshows between Jan 1, 2017 & Dec 30, 2017.
  • Distribution of your organization’s FDA approvals and new indications will be emailed to our entire membership (6 states) and posted on (6 states’) Facebook and Twitter pages as timely as possible.
  • A link to your patient assistance program will be posted on the association website.
  • A link to your organization’s website will be posted on the association website.
  • Your local representatives’ contact information will be posted on the association website.
  • A short meeting with the association board members will be scheduled for diamond members at one of the physician focused meetings (limit 4 reps).
